YUZUCO Green Yuzu Kosho

Three ingredients, a whole lot of flavor. Made in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, this yuzu kosho combines yuzu peel, salt, and spicy pepper into a punchy paste that brings citrus, heat, and a salty kick to whatever’s cooking.

A little goes a long way. Add a dab to grilled fish, chicken, veggies, or a rich, fatty steak. Stir it into mayo for an easy aioli, whisk it into dressings and marinades, or add a spoonful to soup. We’re also very much in favor of putting it on pizza and dipping your fries in that aioli.
