Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit or exchanges for new products within 10 days of purchase or receipt of the item, as long as the items you are returning are in new condition. 

If it's slightly past 10 days, please still reach out and we will most likely be able to make an exception. 

To initiate a return or exchange, log into your account at Under Orders, select the order you would like to return and submit a request. You are also welcome to come to the shop with your receipt and we'll take care of you here.
