Yuzu Salt

A bright, citrusy finishing salt made with whole yuzu fruit and American rock salt. Unlike yuzu salts made only with the rind, this one incorporates the peel, pulp, and juice for a fresh yuzu aroma and gently tart flavor.

Use as a finishing salt for vegetables, fish, rice, desserts, or the rim of a cocktail.
