Provecho! Coffee Co. Ethiopia Natural Process Yirgacheffe Aricha Adorsi

Ethiopia Adorsi is the first natural process Ethiopian coffee offered by Provecho! and is sourced through Hacea. Produced by over 800 smallholder farmers in the Aricha Woreda, this coffee undergoes a meticulous natural process. Cherries are soaked for 12 hours to remove floaters before being dried on raised beds in 5cm layers. The Adorsi station, owned by the Yonis Family, positions beds for optimal airflow and reduced sunlight, allowing for a slower, more even drying process over 28 days.
