An all-butter pie crust filled with roasted Japanese pumpkin custard and a touch of sweet miso, topped with matcha ganache, candied pepitas and a brown sugar brûlée.

• Storage: Keep refrigerated. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Best within 2–3 days of pickup.
• Contains: Dairy, eggs, wheat and soy.
• Ingredients: Flour, butter, salt, apple cider vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, egg yolks, heavy cream, kabocha squash, dark brown sugar, gelatin, white chocolate, matcha powder, pumpkin seeds and sweet miso paste.
