Matcha Two Ways: An Introduction to Whisking

Learn to whisk matcha the traditional way, then take it into the everyday. In this hands-on class you'll work with the tools of Japanese tea preparation, chawan, chasen, and chashaku, and learn to prepare both usucha and a matcha latte. Every guest whisks their own bowl and tastes as they go.

No experience needed. This introductory class is built for anyone curious about Japanese tea and looking for a first, proper introduction.
