Hand Building Ceramics Workshop
Date & Time: Sunday, November 23, 4:00 - 6:30 PM
Location: Home Ec + Best Bud

Join us for a hands-on ceramic hand-building workshop led by San Diego artist Chelsea Virginia! Participants will design and create their own pair of ceramic taper candle holders, and then paint them with the glazes of their choice. Each participant will also receive a pair of Mole Hollow taper candles when they pick up their pieces!

Please note: The pieces will be fired by Chelsea and ready for pickup at Home Ec + Best Bud about 2 weeks after the workshop date. You can expect to pick up in early December.

About Chelsea Virginia

Chelsea Virginia is a mixed media artist and educator based out of San Diego, CA. She explores a wide range of mediums and primarily focuses on ceramics and fiber arts. Chelsea’s creative journey began in childhood where she learned to knit, sew, work with clay, and experiment with various materials. Her art is rooted in intentionality and sustainability, reflecting a commitment to creating each piece by hand. Through her ceramics and home goods, Chelsea aims to infuse everyday routines with a sense of human connection and beauty.

The Fine Print

• Each ticket includes attendance and all supplies needed in order to design and create your own pair of ceramic candlestick holders
  
• Tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you can’t attend, feel free to send a friend in your place.
