This seasonal shrub is crafted with organic Meiwa kumquats, whole-macerated with organic lavender flowers and rose petals in a base of organic apple cider vinegar and cane sugar. The result is a vibrant pink, floral, and tangy shrub bursting with fresh spring flavors.

How to Use:

• For cocktails: Mix ½ oz shrub with 2 oz spirit plus soda or citrus.
• For shrub sodas: Combine ½ oz shrub with 6 oz bubbly water.
