Made with a base of organic blackberries from Stehly Farms in Valley Center, CA. Cool Hand Co. macerates the berries with organic cacao nibs and the peels of fresh organic oranges for up to one week. The result is a rich and complex shrub packed with jammy berry notes. Especially delicious with gin and mezcal, or drizzled on vanilla yogurt and ice cream.

For Cocktails: Add ½ oz shrub to 2 oz spirit plus soda or citrus

For Shrub Sodas: Mix ½ oz shrub per 6 oz bubbly water
