Processing time:
The sourdough starter requires at least one working day of processing time, as we store it at home. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready for pickup, and we recommend picking it up within five days of receiving the notification.

There are a million good ways to maintain and use your sourdough starter. Here is our method, which you can follow or ignore:

• Bring your starter home and move into a large glass jar
• To feed, "discard" all but 50g of the starter in your jar
• Feed the starter 50 g room temp water and stir to combine
• Feed the starter 50g flour and stir to combine
• Feed daily if on counter and weekly if kept in fridge
