Join us for a hands-on cake decorating workshop led by the amazingly talented Leetsy! In this class, you’ll learn essential cake decorating techniques, from smoothing buttercream to piping funky designs. 

Decorate your own 8 x 8 x 5 1/2" Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting to take home and enjoy for the holidays, using high-quality ingredients and professional tools provided in class.

About Leetsy

Local Pastry chef Letha Gimble is a sought after cake baker (and decorator!) making the wedding and birthday cakes of our dreams. Her cakes are joyful and expressive and we're so excited to learn from her!
