Crafted from durable end-grain hard maple, these cutting boards are built to withstand heavy knife use. Each board is treated with a blend of mineral oil and beeswax, making maintenance easy with either butcher block oil or plain mineral oil.

Alexandra meticulously designs each board, focusing on unique wood grain patterns, making each one a one-of-a-kind creation.

Alexandra Mavrikis is a wood artist and teacher based in San Diego, California. She received her MFA in Woodworking and Furniture Design from San Diego State University. She learned to make brooms using the Appalachian technique and hasn't stopped since.
