Francesca Marjan Pourfard is a San Diego-based chef and founder of Marjan Pourfard, a Persian-inspired pop-up dinner series. With experience at AOC in Los Angeles, she launched her pop-up to share the flavors of her Iranian heritage through seasonal, multi-course meals. Her menus blend traditional Persian dishes with modern influences, served in an intimate setting.
