Petu-Ya Nariz de Perro

Petu-Ya is a Tijuana-based Yakitori cart making grilled Japanese skewers with fresh and local Mexican ingredients. Nariz de Perro, (Dog's Nose) is an Izakaya Chili Oil made with Mexican chilis Árbol, Puya, and Yahualica. 

Ingredients: Sesame seeds, garlic, onion, shallots, Puya chilies, Árbol chilies, Yahualica chilies, ginger, black pepper, anise, cumin, Ajinomoto, shitakes, sugar, vegetable oil salt.
