Join us for a hands-on class in holiday chocolate making with Michiko of Deux Cranes. (Limited to 8 spots.)
Students will learn how to temper chocolate and create delectable treats, fondue style. You will make enough to have tastes in class as well as take some home to gift for the holidays.
Deux Cranes is a small chocolate and confections company that produces high quality, flavor driven chocolates and confections in San Diego. Everything is made completely by hand in small batches. All of the flavors are inspired by founder Michiko Marron-Kibbey’s childhood in Japan and travels abroad.
Refreshments will be served during class and all students will receive 15% off at Home Ec should they want to make any purchases.
