I SAW SOMETHING IN YOUR STORE/ON INSTAGRAM THAT IS NOT ON YOUR SITE?

There are some select products that we do not ship at this time. Please come into the store to see the complete collection!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN?

Home Ec is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages and we are unable to reimburse items which are lost or stolen in transit. If the package shipped Priority Mail you will be able to file a claim with USPS directly.

PAYMENTS

We offer secure online ordering through our website. 

DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at hi@home-ec.co. All damages should be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

RETURNS

Returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of original purchase.

ORDERS

Online product orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Just email us at hi@home-ec.co.
