We can have your sourdough starter available for pickup or delivery one day after the order has been placed, or on a day that works best for you. We will reach out to arrange the details after you order this item.

There are a million good ways to maintain and use your sourdough starter. Here is our method, which you can follow or ignore:

• Bring your starter home and move into a large glass jar
• To feed, "discard" all but 50g of the starter in your jar
• Feed the starter 50 g room temp water and stir to combine
• Feed the starter 50g flour and stir to combine
• Feed daily if on counter and weekly if kept in fridge
